Nine Peaks Solutions was pleased to once again serve as a Diamond Sponsor of the Oregon Association of Municipal Recorders (OAMR) Annual Conference, held September 22–25, 2026, in Lincoln City, Oregon.
As OAMR’s Preferred Technology Partner and a local Laserfiche Solution Provider, Nine Peaks values the opportunity to work with Oregon’s municipal recorders, city clerks, and other local-government professionals on practical ways to improve records management, information access, and everyday business processes.
Working Through Municipal Challenges
One of the highlights of OAMR 2026 was Friday morning’s Municipal Services Lab. Nine Peaks participated in the session using the fictional City of Marionberry case study to explore challenges that can occur across municipal departments and services.
Rather than focusing on a particular product or feature, the session looked at the municipality as a whole — identifying priorities and discussing how improvements to people, processes, information, and technology could help address them.
Resources to Use After the Conference
Nine Peaks also prepared resources designed to remain useful after everyone returned home from Lincoln City.
The NPS Municipal Recorder Resource Kit provided OAMR members with access to the May 2026 Laserfiche training session, training materials, municipal use cases, the Nine Peaks Laserfiche Practical Guide, the Laserfiche & Project Terms Glossary, and additional online resources.
The municipal use cases include examples for capturing and managing Municipal Court summons and citations and managing Intergovernmental Agency Agreements — practical examples of how Laserfiche can be applied to specific municipal information-management needs.
